Amazon has reportedly crossed $1.8B in ad-spending commitments for video-streaming services
Amazon (NASDAQ:AMZN) has apparently exceeded its goal of drawing $1.8 billion in ad-spending commitments for its video-streaming services, including Prime Video, The Information reported on Thursday, citing a person with direct knowledge of the company’s ad sales efforts.
In Q2, the company reported a 20% rise in revenue from advertising services during the second quarter at $12.8 billion, falling slightly short of expectations of $13 billion.
