Amazon unveils Trainium3 chip, building Trainium2 UltraCluster with Anthropic

Amazon Web Services (NASDAQ:AMZN) refuses to back down in the artificial intelligence chips race, as it revealed its latest in-house AI chip, the Trainium3, while building what it calls an UltraCluster with Anthropic, which is composed of hundreds of thousands of Trainium2 chips.
