Analysts cheer after Meta’s monstrous Q1 report helps lift Wall Street

Meta Platforms (NASDAQ:META) comfortably beat expectations in its first-quarter earnings on Wednesday after the bell.

The tech titan saw revenue growth of 16% to $42.3B, nearly $1B better than consensus expectations. Net income swelled 35% to $16.64B, and earnings per share of $6.43 came ahead of the $5.21 estimate.
