Apple’s iPhone 16 models to see shorter delivery time after pre-orders vs. 15 series, Vision Pro: analyst
The delivery time of Apple’s (NASDAQ:AAPL) new iPhone 16 models following pre-orders is expected to be shorter than it was for the iPhone 15 Pro Max and Vision Pro, TF International Securities’ Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo noted, citing initial impressions.
The analyst said in a post on X that 24 hours after pre-orders started for the Vision Pro, the delivery time was five to seven weeks, depending on different models or markets.
Whereas, 24 hours after pre-orders began for the iPhone 15 Pro Max (the best-selling model in the iPhone 15 series), the delivery time was six to eight weeks, depending on models or markets, the analyst added.
Apple said on Thursday that starting Sept. 13, at 5 a.m. PDT, customers can pre-order the iPhone 16 models on apple.com and on the Apple Store app.
On Monday, the U.S. tech giant had unveiled several new products, including the new iPhones, at its “Glowtime” event.
