Arcos Dorados, McDonald’s enter 20-year franchise deal renewal

McDonald’s (NYSE:MCD) franchisee Arcos Dorados (NYSE:ARCO) has finalized a new 20-year master franchise agreement with the fast food chain.
The agreement became effective on January 1, 2025 and includes a renewal option, at McDonald’s discretion, for a new, 20-year deal, beginning Jan. 1, 2045.
