Autonomous Waymo vehicles ordered via Uber are now out in the wild in Austin

The partnership between Alphabet’s (NASDAQ:GOOG) (NASDAQ:GOOGL) Waymo and Uber Technologies (NYSE:UBER) in Austin began on Tuesday.

Starting today, riders who request an UberX, Uber Green, Uber Comfort, or Uber Comfort Electric in a 37 square-mile area of Austin could be matched with a Waymo
