Bank of America (NYSE:BAC) credit card delinquencies and net charge-offs held stable in July, according to a filing on Friday, indicating the strong credit quality of its customer base.
The BA Master Credit Card Trust II’s delinquency ticked down to 1.37% from 1.38% in June. By comparison, its year-ago rate was 1.42% and its pre-pandemic level was 1.57% in July 2019.
Its net charge-off rate also edged down to 2.25% from 2.26% in the prior month, according to Bank of America’s (NYSE:BAC) filing. That compares with 2.36% in July 2024 and 2.49% in July 2019.
Lending activity was little changed, with receivables at $15.07B at July 31, 2025, vs. $15.14B at June 30, a 0.4% M/M decline.
