Capital One (NYSE:COF) announced on Wednesday a redemption of the outstanding shares of its 6.125% fixed-rate reset non-cumulative perpetual preferred stock and the corresponding depositary shares representing fractional interests in the series P stock.
Shares were +0.64% pre-market to $207.68.
The redemption will take place on June 30 at $1,000 per depositary share, equivalent to $100,000 per share of preferred stock, plus an amount equal to the proportionate share of the dividends.
