The most oversold stocks per their 14-day Relative Strength Index include Rusoro Mining (OTCPK:RMLFF), Celanese (CE), and Regeneron (REGN). Short interest is elevated on EVgo (EVGO), and Luminar Technologies (LAZR) ahead of their earnings reports.
- Earnings watch – Notable companies due to report include Live Nation (LYV) and Aramark (ARMK). Options trading implies a sizable swing in share price for Angi (ANGI) following the company’s earnings release.
- All day – The U.S. bond market will be closed for the observance of the Veterans Day holiday.
- All day – The Fortune Global Forum will include talks from Target (TGT) CEO Brian Cornell, Yum China (YUMC) CEO Joey Wat, and Zoetis (ZTS) CEO Kristin Peck.
- All day – It is the three-year anniversary date of the Rivian Automotive (RIVN) IPO. Shares trade about 85% below where the IPO was originally priced.

Tuesday – November 12
- Earnings watch – Notable companies due to report include Home Depot (HD), Shopify (SHOP), Spotify (SPOT), Sea Limited (SE) and Flutter Entertainment (FLUT). Options trading implies a sizable swing in share price for Chegg (CHGG) and Topgolf Callaway (MODG) following their reports.
- All day – The second day of the Fortune Global Forum will include talks from AT&T (T) CEO John Stankey, Hasbro (HAS) CEO Chris Cocks, and Dow (DOW) CEO Jim Fitterling.
- All day – Dayforce (DAY) will hold its three-day Dayforce Discover event. The agenda includes an innovation keynote address and product spotlights.
- All day – OPEC will release its monthly oil report.
- All day – The Crown Laboratories tender offer for Revance Therapeutics (RVNC) will expire unless it is extended once again.
- All day – Home Depot (HD) will hold its earnings call. Major suppliers to the company with a high degree of trading correlation to HD on earnings day include Masco (MAS), Scotts Miracle-Gro (SMG), and American Woodmark (AMWD).
- All day – The three-day Baird Global Industrial Conference will include participation from Curtiss-Wright (CW), Dover (DOV), Mobileye (MBLY), J.B. Hunt Transport (JBHT), and BorgWarner (BWA) to name a few.
- 5:00 p.m. The Federal Reserve’s Senior Loan Officer Opinion Survey on Bank Lending Practices will be released. The SLOOS report will update on the conditions, supply and demand of bank loans extended to customers in the U.S.
- 5:00 p.m. Philadelphia Federal Reserve Bank President Patrick Harker will speak on “Fintech, AI and the Changing Financial Landscape” before the Carnegie Mellon University Lecture Series.
Wednesday – November 13
- Earnings watch – Notable companies due to report include Cisco (CSCO), Tower Semiconductor (TSEM), and CyberArk Software (CYBR). Options trading implies a sizable swing in share price for Hut 8 (HUT) and Sonos (SONO) after their reports are released.
- All day – The Cass Freight Index will be released. The index is widely used by analysts and economists as an indicator of economic trends and freight market conditions.
- All day – The CNBC Delivering Alpha Investor Summit will include talks by Greenlight Capital’s David Einhorn, Trian Partners’ Nelson Peltz, and UBS Wealth Management CIO Solita Marcelli.
- All day – Peak Resources LP (PRB) is expected to start trading after pricing its IPO. The company is focused on oil and gas production in the Powder River Basin.
- All day – The EIA will publish its short-term energy outlook.
- All day – Shareholders with Frontier Communications (FYBR) will vote on the planned $10 billion sales to Verizon (VZ). FYBR traded about 11% below the deal price at the time of publication.
- 8:30 a.m. The October CPI report will be released. Economists forecast a 0.3% rise and 3.3% year-over-year increase in the core rate.
- 12:30 a.m. Dallas Federal Reserve Bank President Lorie Logan and Kansas City Federal Reserve Bank President Jeffrey Schmid will speak at an energy conference.
Thursday – November 14
- Earnings watch – Notable companies due to report include Disney (DIS), Applied Materials (AMAT), and JD.com (JD). Options trading implies a sizable swing in share price for ZEEKR Intelligent (ZK) and Intuitive Machines (LUNR) after their reports are released.
- All day – It is the deadline for hedge funds and institutional investment managers to report their Q3 holdings.
- All day – Trade Desk (TTD) will hold a special shareholder meeting to vote on the proposed reincorporation of the company from the state of Delaware to the state of Nevada.
- All day – FactSet Research Systems (FDS) will hold its Investor Day event. FactSet executive leadership will provide an in-depth look into the company’s financial outlook, innovative technology, and differentiated products. There will also be demonstrations of FactSet’s broad suite of generative AI products.
- 8:30 a.m. The October Producer Price Index report will be released. Economists forecast a 0.2% increase in the core rate.
- 8:30 a.m. Disney (DIS) will hold its earnings conference call. Investors will be watching for the FY25 guidance, theme park trends, updates on the ESPN Bet business, and the profit potential for the media company’s entertainment assets.
- 3:00 p.m. Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell will participate in a global perspectives conversation before an event hosted by the Dallas Regional Chamber, World Affairs Council of DFW, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas.
Friday – November 15
- Earnings watch – Notable companies due to report include Alibaba (BABA) and Spectrum Brands (SPB).
- All day – Liberty Global (LBTYA) will spin off its Swiss telecoms operator Sunrise to shareholders. After the spin-off, Sunrise will be an independent publicly traded Swiss company, and Liberty Global will continue to own and operate its businesses in Belgium, Ireland, Slovakia, the U.K. and the Netherlands.
- All day – The Oppenheimer AI Impact on Cloud & Communications Summit will include participation from Amdocs (DOX) and Extreme Networks (EXTR).
