Chinese electric vehicle makers continue to improve their delivery tallies in July
During the month of July, Chinese electric vehicle companies XPeng (NYSE:XPEV), NIO (NYSE:NIO), and Li Auto (NASDAQ:LI) saw continued improvement in their delivery statistics.
Li Auto, which already outsells its two peers, recorded 49.4% growth in its monthly deliveries to set a new record of 51,000 units in July.
NIO, too, posted a 43.9% rise in its monthly deliveries, with 20,498 units for July. This figure, however, also denoted a 3.4% sequential dip in June, pausing its four-month-long sequential rally.
XPeng’s monthly deliveries inched 1% higher to 11,145 vehicles, snapping its long-standing streak of double-digit growth. July’s number was also a 4.5% rise from June.
