Cigna, CVS, UnitedHealth PBMs sue FTC over insulin prices case

Pharmacy benefit managers owned by Cigna (NYSE:CI), CVS Heath (NYSE:CVS), and UnitedHealth Group (NYSE:UNH) have sued the Federal Trade Commission, arguing that a case the agency has filed against them regarding inflated insulin prices is unconstitutional.
