Cisco (NASDAQ:CSCO) launched agentic AI-powered Splunk Observability tools to help organizations improve the reliability of their entire digital estate.
The enhanced observability tools unify visibility across applications, add business context, and use AI agents to support the full incident response process while tracking performance and quality.
“With the latest innovations in Splunk Observability, we are empowering enterprises to proactively monitor their critical applications and digital services with ease, resolve issues before they escalate, and ensure the value and outcomes they derive from observability are commensurate with the cost,” the company said.
The enhanced portfolio includes: AI Troubleshooting Agents that automatically detect, diagnose, and recommend fixes for issues; Event iQ that helps teams set up automated alert correlation; and ITSI Episode Summarization that provides overviews of grouped alerts to help troubleshoot faster.
In addition, specialized analytics, such as AI Agent Monitoring and AI Infrastructure Monitoring, help monitor the performance of AI agents, LLMs, and infrastructure.
Many features, including Splunk AI Agent Monitoring, AI Troubleshooting Agents, ITSI Episode Summarization, are generally available, while select AI innovations are launching in private preview.
