Dell CEO unloading 10M shares for $1.24B

- Dell Technologies (NYSE:DELL) CEO and founder, Michael Dell, has filed to sell 10M company shares for $1.24B, according to a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing today.
- The shares are being sold for $122.40 each. He sold approximately 10M shares in June as well, bringing his year-to-date stock sale total to more than $2B.
- The CEO still holds 16.9M shares and another 1.38M in a separate property trust.
- Dell shares have increased 56% year to date.
