- Easterly Government Properties (NYSE:DEA) acquired a 104,136 sq. ft. facility located in Aurora, Colorado, which was 100% leased to the aerospace and defense company Northrop Grumman Systems (NOC).
- DEA is a REIT focused primarily on the acquisition, development and management of class A commercial properties leased to the U.S. government and its adjacent partners.
- The property is located to the west of Buckley SFB.
- DEA now owns, directly or through joint ventures, 96 properties totaling 9.5M sq. ft.
