Eli Lilly (LLY) is discussing paying $14 a share in cash for Ventyx (VTYX), according to a WSJ report on Wednesday, which cited people familiar with the matter. A deal for Ventyx may come as soon as today.
The WSJ originally broke news of a potential deal on Tuesday.
