Energy Transfer announces proposed sale of units by certain holders

- Energy Transfer LP (NYSE:ET) on Friday announced an underwritten public offering of over 38.75M of its common units representing limited partner interests by WTG Midstream and an affiliate of Stonepeak.
- The selling unitholders will receive all proceeds from the proposed offering. Energy Transfer (ET) will not sell any common units in the offering and will not receive any proceeds therefrom.
- Barclays is serving as the underwriter for the offering.
- Shares of Energy Transfer LP (ET) were down 2.28% premarket.
