Google (GOOG)(GOOGL) has enhanced its recently released AI-powered image generator, Nano Banana, and on Thursday introduced Nano Banana Pro, built on its freshly launched and well-received large language model Gemini 3 Pro.
Alphabet shares had popped 4% by late Thursday morning trading.
“With Nano Banana Pro, you can blend more elements than ever before, using up to 14 images and maintaining the consistency and resemblance of up to 5 people,” Google said in a blog post. “Whether turning sketches into products or blueprints into photorealistic 3D structures, you can now bridge the gap between concept and creation. Apply your desired visual look and feel to your mockups with ease, ensuring your branding remains seamless and consistent across every touchpoint.”
Google released Gemini 3 earlier this week, prompting shares to hit an all-time high on Wednesday.
Adobe (ADBE) has already integrated Nano Banana Pro into its Firefly and Photoshop platforms.
“With Google’s Nano Banana Pro now in Adobe Firefly and Photoshop, we’re giving creators and creative professionals yet another best-in-class image model they can tap into alongside Adobe’s powerful editing tools to turn ideas into high-impact content with full creative control,” said Hannah Elsakr, vice president of Adobe’s New GenAI Business Ventures.
Adobe was up 0.6%.
