Icahn boosts stake in Icahn Enterprises, adds Caesars Entertainment, among other Q2 moves
During the second quarter of 2024, Carl Ichan took fresh positions in Caesars Entertainment (NASDAQ:CZR), with 2.44M shares, and Centuri Holdings (NYSE:CTRI), with 2.59M shares, according to his most recent 13F filing.
Bloomberg reported at the end of May that Icahn had taken a sizeable stake in Caesers (CZR), the exact size of which wasn’t known.
The billionaire activist investor increased its stake in his own company, Icahn Enterprises (NASDAQ:IEP), to 406M shares from 368M shares.
He closed out his position in Conduent (NASDAQ:CNDT), the filing showed. Recall on June 10, when CNDT said last in June it repurchased all the shares of the company beneficially owned by Carl Icahn through his affiliates for about $132M.
