  • Procter & Gamble’s (PG) SVP and Chief Accounting Officer Matthew Janzaruk sold 725 shares for $149.57 each, totaling $108,438. He now holds 4272 shares in the company.
  • RTX’s (RTX) Director Tracy Atkinson disposed of 2,800 shares at $178.91 per share, worth $500,948. Her holdings have reduced to 4,080 shares.
  • Srinivasan Sivaram, CEO of QuantumScape (QS) CEO let go of a total of 120,000 shares across two transactions in the price range of $16.61 to $17.05, for a total value of $2.03M. Sivaram now owns 360,000 shares in the firm.
  • Corning’s (GLW) SVP of Finance and Corporate Controller Stefan Becker diluted his holding in the company by selling 12,100 shares for $91.28 each, for a total worth of $1.10M.
