- Walt Disney’s (DIS) Director James Gorman purchased 18,000 shares of the company at an average price of $111.89 per share, for a total value of about $2.01M. Following the transaction, Gorman now holds 44,518 Disney shares.
- Salesforce’s (CRM) director, David Kirk, acquired 1,936 shares at an average price of $258.64 per share, totaling roughly $500,722. After the purchase, Blair now owns 10,677 Salesforce shares.
- Occidental Petroleum’s (OXY) director William Klesse bought 5,000 shares at $38.98 each, for a total value of about $194,900. Klesse’s holdings now stand at 218,913 Occidental shares.
- Randall Lewis, director at Simon Property Group (SPG), purchased 545 shares at an average price of $183.96 per share, for a total value of roughly $100.3K. Lewis now owns 5,773 Simon Property Group shares.
