- Proxy advisor ISS has apparently recommended Frontier Communication (NASDAQ:FYBR) shareholders to abstain from voting on the proposed $10B sale of the company to Verizon (NYSE:VZ), Bloomberg reported on Friday.
- The report said ISS supports the proposal to adjourn the shareholder meeting scheduled for November 13.
