Jabil issues warrant for up to 1.16M shares to Amazon

Jabil (NYSE:JBL) said on Friday it issued a warrant to an Amazon (NASDAQ:AMZN) unit in December to acquire up to about 1.16M ordinary shares at an initial exercise price of $137.7671 apiece.

Jabil shares rose nearly 4% in morning trading.
