JPMorgan appoints for its executive committee of global chairs for i-banking – report

JPMorgan Chase (NYSE:JPM) appointed Howard Chen, Charlie Dupree, and Fred Turpin to its executive committee of global chairs for investment banking, Bloomberg News reported, citing an internal memo.

The three senior investment bankers are set to provide strategic advice to the company’s most important clients worldwide, the September 9 report noted.

Chen was previously co-head of JPM’s North America financial institutions group, while Dupree was vice chair of investment banking in M&A. Turpin was head of media and communications investment banking, according to the report.

The executive committee, which consists of over 20 executives who handle the banking giant’s relationships with top clients, was reportedly formed in early 2020.
