JPMorgan Chase names Hershey CEO to board

JPMorgan Chase (NYSE:JPM) named Michele G. Buck, Hershey Co.’s (HSY) chairman, president, and CEO, to its board, the bank said Thursday.

Buck brings more than 30 years of experience in the consumer-packaged goods industry to the board. She became Hershey’s CEO in 2017 after stints as the company’s chief operating officer and president of its North America operations. Before joining Hershey in 2005, she was an officer at Kraft/Nabisco.

JPMorgan Chase (NYSE:JPM) Chairman and CEO Jamie Dimon said Buck’s addition to the board “will add tremendous value to our company.”
