JPMorgan Chase (JPM) CEO Jamie Dimon’s compensation climbed 10.2% Y/Y to $43M in 2025, reflecting persistent strength across the bank’s businesses and financials, as well as its balance sheet, it disclosed on Thursday.
His annual pay includes an annual base salary of $1.50M and performance-based variable incentive compensation of $41.5M, according to a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
Some $5.00M of the variable incentive compensation will be delivered in cash, and the remaining $36,500,000 will be received in the form of at-risk performance share units.
Under Dimon’s leadership, the company logged record revenue in 2025 for the eighth straight year while also boosting its dividend, it said. Also during the year, JPMorgan (JPM) raised about $3.3T of credit and capital for its consumer and institutional clients globally, and it continued its investments in AI research and capabilities, data, and technology.
