Here’s a list of key deals reported across sectors this week:

Structure Therapeutics (GPCR) rose 1.5% after a report suggested that the obesity drug maker could be a top takeover target for large pharma.

Apple (AAPL) acquired Israeli startup Q.AI at close to a $2 billion valuation. Patents filed by Q.AI indicate its technology being used in headphones or glasses, using “facial skin micro movements” to communicate without talking, according to a Financial Times report on Thursday.

VSE (VSEC), a provider of aftermarket distribution and repair services for the aviation industry, on Thursday said it would acquire Precision Aviation Group (PAG) for a total upfront consideration of about $2.025 billion in cash and equity.

McEwen Mining (MUX) and Golden Lake Exploration (GOLXF) have entered into a definitive agreement under which McEwen will acquire all issued and outstanding shares of Golden Lake through a court-approved plan of arrangement, consolidating Golden Lake’s assets into McEwen’s growing portfolio.

Prosperity Bancshares (PB) agreed to acquire Stellar Bancorp (STEL) in a cash-and-stock transaction valued at ~$2.00B, creating Texas’s second-largest bank by deposits, the companies said on Wednesday.

IonQ (IONQ) to acquire SkyWater (SKYT) for $35.00 per share in a cash-and-stock transaction, implying a total equity value of approximately $1.8B. Under the terms of the agreement, SkyWater shareholders will receive $15.00 in cash and $20.00 in shares of IonQ common stock, subject to a collar, for each share of SkyWater common stock held at the close of the transaction.

Leidos (LDOS) to acquire ENTRUST Solutions Group from Kohlberg for ~$2.4B, expanding access to growing, resilient utility budgets. The acquisition will add new capabilities and effectively double the size of Leidos’ $600 million energy infrastructure engineering business.
