Here’s a list of key deals reported across sectors this week:

  • BioMarin Pharmaceutical (BMRN) has agreed to acquire rare disease drug developer Amicus Therapeutics (FOLD) in an all-cash transaction worth nearly $4.8B.
  • Trump Media & Technology Group (DJT) and fusion power company TAE Technologies have entered a definitive merger deal to combine in an all-stock transaction valued at more than $6 billion.
  • Howard Hughes (HHH) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of Vantage Group, a privately-held specialty insurance and reinsurance company backed by Carlyle and Hellman & Friedman, for around $2.1 billion.
  • Salesforce (CRM) signed a definitive agreement to purchase Qualified, a provider of agentic AI marketing solutions.
  • Hudson Technologies (HDSN) has announced the acquisition of Refrigerants for $2.5 million.
  • Mortgage lender UWM Holdings (UWMC) agreed to acquire mortgage servicing rights-focused (“MSR”) REIT Two Harbors Investment (TWO) in an all-stock deal valued at ~$1.3B, providing UWM with expanded servicing expertise and a $176B unpaid principal balance MSR portfolio.
  • Cementos Pacasmayo (CPAC) +23.3% pre-market Tuesday after Holcim (HCMLF) (HCMLY) said it agreed to acquire a majority stake in the Peruvian building materials producer, in a deal that values the target as a whole at ~$1.5 billion.
  • WSP Global (WSP:CA) has entered into an agreement to acquire TRC Companies for $3.3 billion in an all cash transaction.
