Meta announces new developer conference LlamaCon due to ‘unprecedented growth’

Meta Platforms (NASDAQ:META) announced a new developer conference dubbed LlamaCon, which is scheduled for April 29.

Meta’s Llama model was downloaded more than 650M times in 2024, and Meta AI reached about 600M average daily users by the end of the
