Meta Platforms (NASDAQ:META) named Arun Srinivas as the Managing Director and Head of its India operations, effective July 1, 2025.
Prior to this appointment, he was overseeing Meta’s (NASDAQ:META) advertising division in India.
Srinivas joined Meta in 2020, leading the Global Business Group for India. In 2022, he became Director and Head of Ads Business in India, overseeing sales, solutions, measurement, and creative functions.
In this new role, Srinivas will focus on Meta’s (META) will be responsible for driving the company’s overall strategy and operations in one of its largest global markets.

This change comes at a crucial time as the Facebook parent faces regulatory scrutiny in India, including recent antitrust actions and ongoing challenges related to data-sharing policies.
