Michael Burry said he is not short Tesla (TSLA) in a post on X Wednesday.
When asked if he would short TSLA here, he replied “I am not short.”
The “Big Short” investor recently shuttered his hedge fund and started a substack. He has questioned valuations of major AI names and accounting practices of hyperscalers.
At the start of November, Burry revealed puts on Nvidia (NVDA) and Palantir (PLTR).
Burry’s NVDA bet pays off if it falls to $110 by 2027 and the PLTR bet pays off if the stock sinks to $50 in 2027, according to The Wall Street Journal.
