Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS) said on Monday that Lynn Good, former chair, CEO and president of Duke Energy (DUK), was elected to the bank’s board of directors, effective July 18, 2025.
Her appointment will bring the number of Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS) directors to 15. She’ll serve on the board’s audit committee.
“As a former chair and CEO of Duke Energy, she brings valuable strategic and management experience to the team,” Morgan Stanley Chair and CEO Ted Pick said. “Lynn also has a thorough understanding of accounting and financial reporting matters.”
