Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS) Private Equity Solutions, the multi-manager private markets platform within Morgan Stanley Investment Management (“MSIM”), has closed its first standalone venture capital investment fund with more than $280M in total capital commitments, it said on Wednesday, surpassing the $250M target.
The new North Haven Venture Capital Opportunities Fund I (VCO I) seeks exposure to top-performing venture capital and growth managers and certain high-growth companies.
VCO I will focus on opportunities across North America, Asia and Europe with both established and emerging fund managers.
