The Calvert US Select Equity ETF (NYSEARCA:CVSE) is set to be liquidated on or about Oct. 20, 2025, Morgan Stanley Investment Management, part of Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS), said on Friday.
The exchange-traded fund will no longer accept orders for the purchase of creation units effective upon the close of business on Oct. 14, 2025, which is also expected to be the CVSE’s last full day of trading of NYSE Arca.
Shareholders can sell their CVSE on NYSE Arca until market close on Oct. 14 or stay invested in the fund.
Prior to the liquidation date, the fund will wind up its business and transition its assets to cash and cash equivalents in preparation for the liquidation and subsequent distribution of proceeds to remaining shareholders.
Launched and managed by Morgan Stanley IM, CVSE invests in growth and value stocks of large-cap U.S. companies that promote environmental responsibility.
