Northrop Grumman (NOC) on Thursday said its board of directors elected John Greene as corporate vice president and chief financial officer, effective Jan. 7. He will report to Kathy Warden, the company’s chair, chief executive officer and president.
Greene will succeed Ken Crews, who plans to leave the company on Feb. 20 to pursue other opportunities. Crews will continue to serve as CFO through Greene’s start date, after which he will assume an advisory role to support a seamless transition.
