- Northrop Grumman Systems Corp. Aerospace Systems, a unit of Northrop Grumman (NYSE:NOC) has secured a $1.46 billion modification to a previously awarded fixed-priced-incentive-fee, cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost contract.
- The modification procures nine E-2D Advanced Hawkeye planes (four for the Navy and five for Japan), as well as additional support.
- The project work is expected to be completed in March 2029.
- Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.
