Norwegian Cruise Line’s unit to offer $315M of senior notes in private offering

  • NCL, a unit of Norwegian Cruise Line (NYSE:NCLH) said it intends to sell $315 million aggregate principal amount of its senior notes due 2030 in a private offering.
  • The firm expects to use the net proceeds, along with cash on hand, to redeem $315 million aggregate principal amount of the 3.625% senior notes due 2024.
  • Shares of NCLH were down 2.1% in premarket trade.
