Paramount Skydance (NASDAQ:PSKY) may offer $22 to $24 a share for Warner Bros. Discovery (NASDAQ:WBD).
An offer may consist of 20%-30% in Paramount Skydance (NASDAQ:PSKY) stock and the remainder in cash, according to CNBC’s David Faber, who cited speculation.
Shares of Warner Bros. Discovery rose 2.1%.
The latest update come after CNBC’s Faber said on Tuesday that a potential Paramount Skydance (NASDAQ:PSKY) bid for Warner Bros. Discovery (NASDAQ:WBD) may take a bit longer than expected.
