Pavel Durov charged in Paris for complicity in crimes on Telegram app

Telegram chief executive Pavel Durov has been charged by French authorities on Wednesday for complicity in a variety of crimes that were committed through the secretive messaging platform.

The office of the French prosecutor on Monday listed out twelve charges against the Russian billionaire, who was arrested over the weekend on the outskirts of Paris and then taken into police custody.
