- PayPal Holdings (NASDAQ:PYPL) named Enrique Lores, president and CEO of HP Inc., as independent chair after John Donahoe decided to retire from the board.
- “Enrique’s deep expertise in consumer and enterprise technology has been invaluable to PayPal, and I know that his experience leading and transforming HP into an industry disruptor will continue to serve the Board and the company well in his new role as Board Chair,” said PayPal (PYPL) President and CEO Alex Chriss.
- The company said that Donahoe’s resignation isn’t related to any disagreement with the company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices. Donahoe served as chair since 2015.
