Plug Power (NASDAQ:PLUG) announced on Tuesday the appointment of Jose Luis Crespo as CEO, effective as of the date the company files its annual report on Form 10-K.
The company is expected to file its annual report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2025, in March 2026.
Crespo will succeed Andy Marsh, who has been appointed executive chair of the board. Marsh will retain the position following March 2, 2026.
Most recently, Crespo served as the chief revenue officer.
