Prudential Financial (NYSE:PRU) plans to redeem all of the $1B outstanding aggregate principal amount of its 5.375% Fixed-to-Floating Rate Junior Subordinated Notes due 2045.
The notes will be redeemed on May 15, 2025 at a price equal to 100% of the principal amount
