Renaissance Technologies added a new stake in Amazon (AMZN), closed out its Meta (META) stake, increased its holdings in Costco (COST), and reduced the amount of Nvidia (NVDA) shares in its portfolio during Q4 2025, according to its most recent 13F filing.
The fund acquired 890,926 shares of Amazon, valued at $205.6M; 1.33M shares of ServiceNow (NOW) valued at $204.0M; and 165,847 shares of Eli Lilly (LLY), valued at $178.2M.
It exited stakes in Meta Platforms (META) and IonQ (IONQ).
Meanwhile, RenTech boosted its holdings in Costco Wholesale (COST) to 693K shares (valued at $597.6M) from 13,024 shares and Micron Technology (MU) to 3.01M shares ($859.4M) from ~1.20M prior.
The firm reduced its stakes in Nvidia (NVDA) to 871,420 shares ($162.5M) from 5.63M shares and Alphabet class A shares (GOOGL) to 296,470 shares ($92.8M) from ~2.61M shares, according to the filing.
