Schneider Electric, Nvidia introduce AI data center cooling system design
Schneider Electric (OTCPK:SBGSF) has collaborated with AI giant Nvidia (NASDAQ:NVDA) for a new AI data center cooling and infrastructure design.
The two have introduced a co-developed data center reference design that will support liquid-cooled, high-density AI clusters of up to 132 kW per server rack. The design will be used in Nvidia’s (NVDA) GB200 NVL72 and Blackwell chips.
The designs will be customizable for cloud computing and data center customers. Financial details around the partnership remain undisclosed.
Schneider Electric also launched its new Galaxy VXL scalable, 1.25 MW modular UPS for AI, data center, and large-scale electrical workloads.
