Softbank boosts AI bets with Nvidia, Tempus AI, among other buy/sells in Q1

Increasing bets on AI, Softbank Group (OTCPK:SFTBY) (OTCPK:SFTBF) boosted its stake in Nvidia (NASDAQ:NVDA) and took a new stake in Tempus AI (NASDAQ:TEM) with ~5.41M shares during Q2, according to its 13F filing.
The company’s holdings in Nvidia (NVDA) jumped to 10.5M shares from 1.05M at March 31, 2024. Meanwhile, its stake in Full Truck Alliance (NYSE:YMM) rose to 1.52M shares from 1.46M shares.
Softbank (OTCPK:SFTBY) trimmed its stakes in IonQ (NYSE:IONQ) to ~1.87M shares from 2.63M and in T-Mobile US (NASDAQ:TMUS) to 85.4M shares from 92.1M, according to the filing.
It no longer holds a stake in Airspan Network Holdings (OTC:MIMOQ), which filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in April.
