- A number of other companies are investing in the Sam Altman-led company, though Apple (AAPL) recently backed out, The Wall Street Journal reported recently.
- OpenAI, which is backed by Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT), in the final stages of raising $6.5B in new funding that would value the company at $150B.
