SoundHound AI (NASDAQ:SOUN) and BigBear.ai (NYSE:BBAI) both jumped during Tuesday morning trading as a swath of stocks associated with agentic artificial intelligence climbed.
SoundHound surged 11% by late morning trading. BigBear.ai had increased 5%.
Salesforce (NYSE:CRM), whose agentice AI offering Agentforce continues to gain traction among enterprises, edged up 2%. RingCentral (NYSE:RNG) inched up 1%. Five9 (NASDAQ:FIVN) was up 4%, and C3.ai (NYSE:AI) had increased 3%.
BigBear.ai has catapulted more than 100% over the past month, and is on track to reach the multi-year high it achieved in mid-February before the stock started to crash. Its AI agents are used in defense applications. Its Genius platform can integrate with enterprise systems such as Salesforce and ServiceNow (NOW) to provide self-service agents.
SoundHound has climbed 30% over the past month, but remains down 34% year to date. It reached an all-time high of $23.95 in late December before entering a free fall. Its autonomous, conversational voice and chat AI agents are used in retail, restaurants, finance and automobiles.
