The Supreme Court on Friday reversed the Court of Chancery’s ruling, reinstating Tesla (TSLA) CEO Elon Musk’s $56 billion pay package that had previously been rescinded.
“We reverse the remedy chosen by the Court of Chancery – rescission of the 2018 compensation plan. We
