Tech Mahindra and AWS collaborate to infuse GenAI into telecom networks

- Tech Mahindra has signed a multi-year strategic collaboration agreement with Amazon Web Services (NASDAQ:AMZN) to develop an autonomous networks operations platform designed for communication service providers and enterprise customers, it said on Wednesday.
- This platform by India’s Tech Mahindra is built on artificial intelligence, machine learning, and generative AI (GenAI) services powered by AWS.
- Tech Mahindra is also testing and validating O-RAN functions on Amazon’s EKS Anywhere (EKS-A) platform.
