U.S. appeals court strikes down net neutrality rules

A U.S. appeals court on Thursday rescinded the Federal Communication Commission’s (FCC) net neutrality rules that required internet service providers to treat all web communications equally.

A three-judge panel for the U.S. appeals court struck down the rules before they went into effect.
