Visa (NYSE:V) (NEOE:VISA:CA) said on Monday that Pinterest (NYSE:PINS) CEO Bill Ready has been elected to its board, effective September 29.
Ready has been serving as the CEO of Pinterest since 2022.
The new appointment brings Visa’s board total to 12 members.
